User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement. If under 18 but legally able to work, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms on your behalf.
Consent to Email Correspondence
Submitting your email address to Job Radar Network indicates your consent to receive communications about our Services and non-commercial updates. Legally required communications may also be sent through email instead of postal service.
User Responsibilities and Restrictions
On Job Radar Network, you must refrain from:
- Unauthorized copying, sharing, or disclosure of content.
- Running automated scripts or tools that impair servers.
- Sending spam, malicious communications, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Creating excessive load or introducing harmful software.

Acknowledgment of User Interaction Risk
You agree and understand that Job Radar Network does not certify the identity, credibility, or reliability of Users on the platform. You are responsible for performing your own due diligence before engaging with job applicants, employers, recruitment agencies, or other Users.
All risks associated with such interactions are assumed by you. Disputes must be resolved directly between the involved parties. You release and hold harmless Job Radar Network, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities, whether direct, indirect, known, or unknown, as permitted by law.
Policy on User Content and Identity Sharing
At its discretion, Job Radar Network may share User Content and information about contributors with third parties to support Service operations, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, or respond to authorities, courts, or law enforcement. To protect its legal and operational interests, Job Radar Network may release such information when necessary. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize the disclosure of your identity to any party claiming that your User Content is false, misleading, unlawful, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights. Users accept that such disclosures are part of Service usage, and Job Radar Network bears no responsibility for outcomes resulting from lawful disclosures.
External Links and Damage Limitation Notice
